So in the same run, BMW Motorrad is going to launch its 313cc, G310 Stunt Concept in the upcoming year. The BMW G310R will be built in India with the collaboration of TVS Motor in its Bengaluru plant. Mahindra Mojo is also available in the same displacement of 295cc in the Indian market. Style and Design
The naked BMW G310R has the perfect street bike features. The weight of the bike is centralized to its fuel tank and it looks muscular. The bike has a V-shaped headlight and sharp cowl with an eye catchy R badge on both sides of the bike. The BMW logo on the fuel tank is legendary. The golden color USD forks and the alloys of the bike are the centers of attraction of the bike as it is totally different from the present designs in the market.
The Tourer Mahindra Mojo has an aggressive styling with twin round headlights, a muscular tank with a capacity of 21litre and enough knee recess for the rider. The design of the bike is favorable for the excellent comfort and the dynamic ride. The bike’s golden ribs under the fuel tank, USD forks, and visible golden frame portion looks extraordinary.
Handling and Performance
The newcomer BMW G310R gives stability during the ride as it touches the high speed. Its broad tyre of 110/70 R17 at the front end and 150/60 R17 at the rear wheel, gives abundant grip on any kind of road conditions. The kerb weight of the street fighter is 158.5kg. The BMW Motorrad has claimed to return the mileage of 30.3kmpl, which will be in favor of the manufacturer to increase the sale of the bike.
While, the Mahindra Mojo gives an excellent handling power to the rider, because it has taller handle bars. The motorcycle with Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres, measuring 110/70 inch tyre at the front end and 150/60 inch tyre at rear wheel give a strong hold on all terrains. The bike kerb weighs 165Kg, which is well distributed and supports to keep the bike steady at the high speed.

The BMW G310R is equipped with fully digital instrument console, consists of speedometer, tachometer, trip meter, odometer and much more for rider’s convenience.
The Mahindra Mojo comes featured with a combination of digital and analogue instruments on the instrument cluster. The console mates fuel gauge, odometer, tachometer, speedometer, etc. The large analogue tachometer is well placed in the center of the console.

Engine and Power
In terms of power generation, the mechanism of both the motorcycles is great enough. The power of the BMW G310R is produced by the single cylinder, water cooled, four strokes 313 cc engine. The motor is in collaboration with electronic fuel injection system, which helps in generation of maximum power of 33.6 BHP at 9500 RPM and torque of 28 NM at 7500 RPM. The motor is connected with a 6-speed transmission unit.
The Mahindra Mojo is powered by the liquid-cooled, four strokes, single cylinder, and DOHC engine. The fuel takes place in the 296.5cc engine by the electronic fuel injection mechanism, which churns out the power of 26.82 BHP at 8000 RPM and torque of 30 NM at 5500 RPM. The engine is coupled to a six-speed transmission.

Both the motorcycles are well equipped with the necessary safety features for the riders. The safety components include suspension, brakes, headlight, and taillight. The braking system of the BMW G310R places 320mm, 4 piston caliper, single disc brake at the front wheel and 220mm single piston caliper, single disc brake at the rear wheel. The availability of the ABS system is not confirmed yet. The shock absorption has been managed by the USD forks at the front and the aluminum swing arm mono-shock at the rear wheel. The projection of light has been done by the V-shaped headlamp.
The Mahindra Mojo is featured with 320mm Petal Disc brake at a front side and 240mm Petal Disc brake at rear for stopping the bike. The suspension duties while riding is being performed by the upside-down telescopic forks at a front side and mono-shock suspensions at the rear of the vehicle. The twin headlights offer halogen light for clear visibility at night.

Price and Shades
The BMW G310R offers three shades namely Pearl White Metallic, Strato Blue Metallic, and Cosmic Black. The expected price of the bike for Indian bike enthusiast in INR 2 Lakhs. It will be costlier for the bike lovers outside India.
The Mahindra Mojo also offers three shades of Charcoal Black, Glacier White, and Volcano Red. The Tourer has been officially launched in the domestic market at the price tag of INR 1.69,870.
